This technicque is especially appropriate for clients recovering from surgery, in treatment for cancer, striving to strengthen their immune system or seeking spiritual connection.
Elder Massage meets the specific needs of our elderly population through improved circulation, reduced pain, and increased range of motion. This session of gentle, loving touch alleviates loneliness and depression often experienced by elders who are isolated from family and friends. A perfect gift for loved ones residing in a rehabilitation or convalescent care facility. Shorter sessions available to accommodate frail and/or challenged clients.
Swedish Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. A combination of strokes such as effleurage, kneading and rolling help improve circulation and relieve muscle tension.
